As a Personal Estate Agent it makes sense that I believe in personally conducting all your viewings. Yes, all of them.

Sorry, but professional agents really shouldn’t be leaving you to carry out your own viewings.

You see, there’s so much more to it than just turning up on time and letting them in!

When carrying out the viewing I can listen for buying signals, and respond skilfully using my years of experience.

Doing so and building rapport as they explore the property means your buyer will feel comfortable and secure enough to share their thoughts and feedback with me.
